$150In order to provide brides with the utmost attention during their big day, we do not perform trials on actual wedding dates (typical for Friday - Sunday). Trials are to be conducted anytime on Monday-Thursday.
Trial Hair appointments benefit greatly if you are able to provide pictures of the do’s and the don’ts of what your looking to achieve. The idea of an updo is to create a rough draft and an idea of the shape, size and texture desired for the final result of your wedding day. The time allotted for a trial updo is 1 hour, if you require a more extensive hair trial to see many and multiple looks for your updo for your wedding, we are more then happy to schedule that, please let the front desk know ahead of time and the extra cost will be an additional $35 for each extra hour you need.
Trial Makeup appointments are a valuable experience to the final look of loving your reflection! The make up artists here at the salon are all certified to do Airbursh makeup and mineral makeup applications. The makeup trial is also a great way to reduce the time for your wedding day, since we will be getting all the color matches and the color choices all figured out and organized for you so there will be no guessing games. Bringing in photos of looks you love are always appreciated and are a nice visual for our artist to know what subtle or glamour level you are wanting to take with your final look. Typically one hour for this trial is sufficient.
Book a complimentary 30 minute consultation that is not hands on before your trial. This can be helpful for you and your stylist to go over, prepare and plan your vision for your hair and makeup on your big day!
Book in with us for a 2.5 hour appointment for a hair & makeup trial. This is the appointment where you and your stylist will discuss and try different options for your hair and makeup before the big day!
If you are looking to have your stylist's start your services prior to 9:00AM, we are more than happy to accommodate that for you!
Team Vanity's early start time fee is $30/per hour for each stylist starting services early.
This early start time fee must be paid in cash or check the day of your services!
The Vanity team will travel to you and your bridal party for all of your hair and makeup needs!
Travel fee for each stylist (under 30 miles round trip) is $45!
Preferably the travel fees are paid in cash or check on the day of your services.
Credit card payment for travel will have an extra 5% charge to the total
Team Vanity will happily travel the distance for you if your party has 3 or more services need for travel!
The travel fee for each stylist is $45 plus $1.50 a mile after the first 30 miles (round trip)

In Studio weddings are great! We offer mimosas and set up an area for you and yours to bring in extra goodies or snacks. We have an area in the studio we arrange for seating and socializing amongst each other while everyone takes their turn getting ready with us!
A Credit Card Is Required To Be Kept On File For All Bookings Including Trial Runs. Trial Run Cancellations Made With Less Than a 24-Hour Notice Will Be Charged A Flat Rate Of $30 For Each Trial Service Scheduled. Should The Client Cancel Any Booked Special Event Or Wedding Services, The Deposit Will Not Be Refunded Or Transferred To Another Bridal Party, Service, Or Event Date. Event Or Wedding Services May Be Canceled No Later Than 30 Days Prior To The Contracted Event Date. For Cancellations Made With Less Than 30 Days Prior To The Event Date, The Remaining Contract Balance Will Be Due Immediately, The Remainder Balance Will Be Charged To The Credit Card On File On The Day Of The Scheduled Event, Unless Taken Care Of Prior. Adding On Last Minute Additional Services Is Usually Acceptable But We Would Appreciate A Two-Week Notice Of Any Changes or Add On!
Payment Is Accepted In The Forms Of Cash, Check or Money Order. The Trial Run Is Paid On The Date Of The Trial. The Wedding Deposit And Agreement Form Is Required For Holding Any Dates For Your Wedding Services, Preferably The Day Of The Trial. There Will Be A $30 Fee On Any Bounced Or Returned Checks. In The Case of Team Vanity Traveling To Your Location, You Are Able To Pay By Credit Card, In This Instance We Will Charge An Additional 5% Of Total Services During The Transaction!
